I'm a COO with 24+ years in food manufacturing, QSR and B2B foodservice. At Agrostarc, I took the business from concept to a commissioned greenfield plant producing 200+ tonnes a month, with 30+ accounts and EBITDA breakeven in under two years. I built the team, the R&D systems and the customer book, and owned operations, supply chain, sales and finance. Before that, I spent 12 years at VKL Group across product development, QSR business development, supply chain and strategy, through a private equity investment, two acquisitions and the sale to Firmenich. I'm moving into fractional work because the hard part of what I do is building operations that run without the founder in the room, and that doesn't need a full-time seat once it's working. I'm hands-on and I own outcomes.
