Fritz is a strategy, corporate finance, and venture professional with 20 years of experience spanning consulting, deal advisory, corporate development, and frontier technology commercialisation — combining an engineer's grounding in operational reality with an investor's discipline in capital allocation. He spent 5+ years with Monitor Deloitte / Deloitte Consulting advising global energy, mining, infrastructure, and industrial clients on corporate, growth, and turnaround strategy, operational improvement, and corporate venturing, progressing from Consultant to Manager. This built on 6 years in Deal Advisory at EY and KPMG, where he executed M&A transactions, valuations, financial models, and infrastructure advisory mandates — giving him rare depth across both the strategic "why" and the transactional "how" of corporate growth. More recently, Fritz has operated inside complex organisations and at the frontier of technology investing. He spent 3 years in corporate development roles at Beca and BHP, driving strategic growth initiatives, investment evaluation, and portfolio development, and a further 3 years in venture building and capital raising — supporting startups, funds, and platforms with commercialisation strategy and corporate venturing models across BHP, Barclays, Ark Capital, and Axle Tree Capital. His early career in engineering consulting and renewable energy development at Hatch and Ennex anchors his strategy and investment work in technical and operational fundamentals. Fritz holds an M.Eng., has passed CFA Level II, and is AFM Financial Modelling accredited. He was selected as a Global Talent by the Australian Government in recognition of his expertise across clean energy, mining, and infrastructure.
